CRACKED SUPPORT ANGLE,  BS 663.75,  LBL 36, WL 168,  BLENDING PERFORMED WITH THE GRAIN DIRECTION INSTEAD OF CROSS GRAIN ON NEW ANGLE,  PERFORMED BEND TO FORM NEW ANGLE IAW SRM 51-30-01, & DWG 111A1322, SHEET 14, REV A.  PERFORMED CLEANING & REMOVED PROTECTIVE TREATMENT IAW SRM 51-10-02, PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION, & THE CRACK WAS NOT FOUND.  APPLIED PROTECTIVE TREATMENT ON AREA IAW SRM 51-20-01.
