## Discrepancy

DURING CLIMBOUT, NUMBER 6 L/E SLAT WOULD NOT RETRACT.  RECYCLED FLAPS, NO HELP.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO ONT AND MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING.  REPLACED NR 6 SLAT ACTUATOR AND OPERATION CHECKED PER BOEING M/M.
