## Discrepancy

AFTER TAKEOFF, NR 5 L/E SLAT WOULD NOT RETRACT.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO OMA AND MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING.  REPLACED SLAT ACTUATOR PER BOEING M/M.
