RETURNED TO DAL DUE TO LOUD AIR NOISE LEAK AT FWD GALLEY AREA.  AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED FWD SERVICE DOOR UPPER AND LOWER OUTER HINGE COVERS PER BOEING M/M.
