NR 1 MAIN TIRE TREAD SEPARATED FROM WHEEL ON TAKEOFF.  INSPECTED AND FOUND CENTER AND INNER GEAR DOORS DAMAGED ON LEFT MAIN GEAR.  REPLACED GEAR DOORS, AND NR 1 WHEEL ASSEMBLY PER BOEING M/M.
