STRONG SMELL OF SMOKE OR FUMES POSSIBLY COMING FROM AN ELECTRICAL SOURCE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE CABIN AND FLIGHT DECK.  DISSIPATED WITHIN 5 MINUTES.  EMERGENCY WAS DECLAIRED.
