LOW PRESSURE GROUND AIR DOOR MOUNTING PLATE IS CORRODED. REMOVED AND REPLACED BY NEW MOUNTING PLATE AT LOW PRESSURE GROUND AIR DOOR, REF. SRM 51-42-06, REV. 39, AND DWG 601R35226 REV. P. COMPLIED WITH TASK CARD 51-900-1003-SKY. PERFORMED LEAK CHECK GOOD, NO LEAKS NOTED.
