DURING TAXI IN, RUDDER TRIM WENT FULL NOSE RIGHT.  UNABLE TO RETURN TRIM TO TAKEOFF POSITION.  INSTALLED SERVICEABLE RUDDER/AILERON TRIM PANEL.  RUDDER TRIM CHECKS GOOD IAW 27-22-01.
