COPILOT'S PFD FAILED WITH ASSOCIATED MAG FAIL FLAG AND FLIGHT DIRECTOR FAILED FLAG.  NO EFIS COMP MON OR COMPARITOR MESSAGES.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 AHC89E.  OPS CHECK GOOD.  RELEASED FOR CAT II OPERATIONS.
