## Discrepancy

TRAILING EDGE FLAPS COME DOWN WITHOUT HYDRAULIC POWER.   REMOVED AND REPLACED LT NACELLE FLAP ACTUATOR IAW MM 27-50-08.  OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
