## Discrepancy

ON TAXI OUT THE OUTBOARD RIGHT MAIN TIRE POPPED.  FOUND NR 4 BRAKE LOCKED UP.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 4 BRAKE IAW MM 32-41-05.  LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
