LEADING EDGE MIDDLE, RIGHT & LEFT WING BOOTS FAILED.  RETURNED TO SLC.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT MIDDLE DEICE BOOT IAW 30-10-00.  OPS & LEAK CHECK GOOD.
