## Discrepancy

AFTER ROTATION, RT RUDDER PEDAL RESTRICTED, WITH ABOUT 1 INCH OF MOVEMENT. RAN QRH JAMMED RUDDER PROCEDURE, TURNED OFF BLUE SYSTEM AND NORMAL RUDDER TRAVEL RETURNED.AFTER RUDDER DEFLECTIONS LEFT AND RIGHT WITH BLUE AND GREEN SYSTEMS IN DIFFERENT CONFIGURATIONS, COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY ABOVE. OPS CHECK GOOD.   UPDATE 10/14/03:  REMOVED AND REPLACED BLUE HYD RUDDER ACTUATOR DUE TO FAILURE OF HEALTH CHECK.  OPS CHECKS GOOD.
