## Discrepancy

OUTER FLANGE ON FUSELAGE FRAME AT FS 220 AND STR 23L IS CRACKED.  DISCOVERED DURING C-CHECK INSPECTION.  REPAIRED FLANGE IAW CRJ DWG 600-34013 & RII 53-401.
