CONTROL FAULT WHEN FLAPS SELECTED FROM 25 DEGREES TO 45 DEGREES WITH NO COMMAND BARS.  REPLACED FLAP CONTROL HANDLE WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT.  OPS CHECKS GOOD.
