STALL FAIL CAUTION SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF.  FOLLOWED QRH PROCEDURES AND CONTINUED TO FAT.  REPLACED STALL PROTECTION COMPUTER IAW CRJ MM 27-00-00.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
