SPOILERONS FAULT STATUS MSG ON TAXI.  PULLED CB`S PER MAINTENANCE CONTROL, NO EFFECT.  RETURNED TO GATE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT OUTBOARD SPOILERON PCU IAW 27-61-01 CRJ MM.  OPS CHECK GOOD.  NO LEAKS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
