DISCOVERED DURING C-CHECK INSPECTION, RUDDER LEFT SIDE ANCHOR NUT BROKEN AT CENTER HINGE PANEL ATTACH POINT.  REPLACED ANCHOR NUT IAW CRJ SRM 51-45-00. REPLACED SEALANT IAW SRM 51-23-00.
