FIRST OFFICER'S STAB TRIM SWITCH WILL NOT TRIM NOSE UP.  TAXI BACK TO GATE.  REPAIRED WIRE IAW WM 20-00-00.  OPS CHECK GOOD IAW MM 27-40-00.
