UNABLE TO COOL COCKPIT WITH ENGINE OR APU BLEED, LOW OR NORM SELECTED ON GROUND.  SMOKE IN COCKPIT ASSOCIATED WITH DUCT OVERHEAT LIGHT.  REPLACED AIR CYCLE MACHINE IAW MM 21-50-05, OPS CHECK GOOD.
