AUDIBLE AND TACTILE CLICK/RUDDER AT 30 DEGREES YOKE INPUT; BOTH DIRECTIONS.  FERRIED TO SLC. TORQUED THE PILOT'S CONTROL YOKE CENTER SHAFT NUTS IAW CRJ MM 27-11-01.  OPS CHECKS GOOD.
