## Discrepancy

BUZZING SOUND AND SMOKE FROM LEFT SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL.  PULLED CIRCUIT BREAKER ON RADIO ALTIMETER, NOISE STOPPED.  REPLACED RADIO ALTIMETER WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
