FLAP DISAGREEMENT WHEN SELECTION FROM 45 DEGREES FLAPS TO 0 DEGREES.  FOUND AT C-CHECK.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT NACELLE FLAP ACTUATOR IAW EMB 120 MM 27-50-08.  OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD.
