LT ELEVATOR FLUTTER DAMPER MESSAGE COMES ON INTERMITTENTLY IN FLIGHT.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LT ELEVATOR OB FLUTTER DAMPER IAW AMM 27-34-05.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
