FO STAB TRIM INOPERATIVE IN NOSE UP DIRECTION.  REPLACED FO'S YOKE TRIM SWITCH WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT IAW CRJ MM 27-41-01, OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
