## Discrepancy

FLAPS FAIL MESSAGE APPEARED WHEN FLAPS SELECTED TO 45 DEGREES.  REMOVED AND REPLACED  FECU IAW CRJ MM 27-51-05.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
