RUDDER TRIM WHEEL DOES NOT TURN.  REPLACED RUDDER TRIM WHEEL SPLICED SHAFT AND BEARING IN CENTER CONSOLE PER EMB 120 MM 27-23-01.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
