FLIGHT SPOILER AND INBOARD GROUND SPOILER MSG (STATUS) WILL NOT CLEAR.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 SECU WITH A SERVICEABLE SECU IAW 27-00-00.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
