WHEN SELECTED FLAPS FROM 0 DEGREES TO 8 DEGREES, RECEIVED "FLAPS FAIL" CAUTION MESSAGE.  REPLACED SAME BRAKE POSITION SENSOR.  OPERATIONAL  CHECK GOOD IAW MM27-51-00.
