FLAPS FAIL CAUTION MSG AFTER LANDING DURING FLAP RETRACTION.   REMOVED SNOW AND ICE AS REQUIRED.  CYCLE FLAPS SEVERAL TIMES.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
