## Discrepancy

FLAPS FAIL CAUTION MESSAGE APPEARED WHEN FLAPS SELECTED TO 45 DEGREES.  REPLACED FECU IAW CRJ MM 27-51-05 AND REPLACED LT FLAP OUTBOARD ACTUATOR IAW CRJ MM 27-53-05.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
