FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTS MAIN CABIN DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE.  REPLACED INTERMEDIATE TORQUE TUBE AND BUSHING ON MAIN CABIN DOOR IAW AMM 52-11-00.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
