FUSELAGE, UPPER AND LOWER FRAME FLANGES ARE CRACKED, FS 605.00 STR 9L, ITEM FOUND AT C CHECK INSPECTION.  REPAIR CARRIED OUT IAW REO 601R-53-61-1717.
