RECEIVED WHITE STAB CH 1 INOP ON TAXI OUT TO RUNWAY IN SLC.  REPLACED STAB 1 AND STAB 2 AND MACH ENGAGE SWITCHES IAW 27-41-00.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
