ON DEPARTURE, HAD A FLAP DISAGREEMENT.  RETURNED TO RDD.  REPLACED LEFT NACELLE FLAP ACTUATOR IAW EMB 120 MM 27-50-03 AND RII 27-900-1005.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
