## Discrepancy

AT 12,000' LOST THE LEFT PACK AND GOT A 800 FPM CABIN ALT MESSAGE.  RETURNED TO FIELD.  REPLACED THE LEFT PACK PRSOV REF 36-10-00.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
