NR 3 CEILING LEVEL EMERGENCY FLOOD LIGHT DOES NOT ILLUMINATE.  RELAMPED CEILING EMERGENCY LIGHT IAW CRJ 200 AMM 33-51-10.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
