FOUND CRACK ON FS 5280 WEB AT RBL10 LOWER PART OF BEAM AT INTERSECTION POINT WITH FLOOR POST AND WEB, DISCOVERED DURING C-CHECK INSPECTION.  INSTALLED ANGLE PER CRJ200 SRM 51-42-21.
