FLT 5423 - FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTS THAT THE CABIN DOOR IS VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE.  ADJUSTED LOWER AFT SHIM STACK.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
