RT ENGINE NP SURGED AFTER TAKE-OFF.  (FLIGHT NR 5702) REPLACED TRANSFER TUBE O-RINGS AND ADJUSTED PCU IAW AMM 61-10-02.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
