AIRCRAFT HAS POOR BRAKING, AIRCRAFT BRAKES MAKE A GRINDING NOISE AND SHIMMY.  (FLT 6247)  PERFORMED TAXI CHECK, BRAKE PRESS CHECK, AND INSPECTED WHEEL SPEED TRANSDUCERS, NO FAULTS FOUND.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS NORMAL.
