## Discrepancy

LOWER RIGHT EMERGENCY LIGHT BY THE OVERWING EXIT DOOR IS INOPERATIVE.  (FLT 4741)  REPLACED THE NR 3 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY CHARGER.
