LANDING GEAR LEVER FAILED TO RAISE AND LOCKED IN DOWN POSITION.  FOLLOWED QRH PROCEDURE AND LANDING GEAR HANDLE RAISED.  (FLT 5432)  REPLACED RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR AIR/GROUND SWITCH HARNESS.
