## Discrepancy

LEFT THRUST REVERSER UNLOCK CAUTION MESSAGE PLUS ENGINE YAW.  (FLT 5492)  REPLACED FAN SPEED PICKUP IAW AMM.  LUBRICATED THE LEFT THRUST REVERSER.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
