LANDING GEAR DISAGREE ON TAKEOFF.  NOSE GEAR WILL NOT RETRACT, RETURN TO FIELD.  (FLT 5368)  INSPECTED NOSE GEAR AND FOUND LARGE BUILD UP OF ICE ON NOSE GEAR UPLOCK ROLLER, REMOVED ICE AND PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
