LT MAIN GEAR DISAGREE, RAN QRH, GEAR CAME DOWN NORMALLY ON FIRST ATTEMPT.  FLT#4207 CLEANED LT MLG UPLOCK ROLLER, & BLED AIR FROM HYDRAULIC SYSTEM THREE RESERVOIR.  PERFORMED SEVERAL GEAR SWINGS & EMERGENCY FREEFALL IAW AMM.
