## Discrepancy

GEAR DISAGREE ON TAKEOFF.  NOSE GEAR INDICATED DOWN WITH THE GEAR HANDLE IN THE UP POSITION.  FLT#4811 JACKED AIRCRAFT & VISUALLY INSPECTED LANDING GEAR.  FOUND NOSE GEAR NOT FULLY EXTENDING.  PERFORMED FULL SERVICE OF NOSE GEAR STRUT IAW AMM.
