DURING CLIMB HEARD A LOUD POPPING SOUND FROM THE LT SIDE OF THE AIRCRAFT FOLLOWED BY A LT BLEED OVERHEAT CAUTION MESSAGE.  FLT#5446 REPLACED WING ROOT ENGINE BLEED AIR DUCT IAW AMM.
