## Discrepancy

AFTER TAKEOFF SELECTED GEAR HANDLE TO UP POSITION, LANDING GEAR DID NOT RETRACT.  CYCLED GEAR HANDLE AFTER FOLLOWING QRH PROCEDURES.  GEAR RETRACTED & BOTH MESSAGES EXTINGUISHED.  FLT#5295 REPLACED PARKING BRAKE SHUT-OFF VALVE IAW AMM.
