## Discrepancy

COMMISSARY REPORTS THEY ARE UNABLE TO OPEN SERVICE DOOR FROM OUTSIDE.  "PUSH" BUTTON DOES NOT CAUSE HANDLE TO PROTRUDE.  FLT 5380 RE-ALIGNED OUTER HANDLE PIN.  OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
